Yes and yes, primarily because our fermentation process requires less energy, time, and space than other alcohol free wine and wine making processes. As a result, each of our bottles generates 30% less CO2eq (0.898 kg CO2eq) than the average traditional wine (1.21 kg CO2eq - source).
